Please note, Hands Free Poker works exclusively with Windows Vista, due to the excellent voice recognition support. Please note, Windows XP is NOT supported at this time due to the LACK of voice recognition support. This is currently beyond our control and will be fixed in the years to come with a third party engine. IF YOU HAVE WINDOWS XP, please understand it is not supported, although it should install OK.

Hands Free Poker END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT:

Users of Hands Free Poker must accept this disclaimer of warranty: This software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. The author assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of Hands Free Poker, including lost profits, losing money, loss of data or programs, or any other outcome resulting from the use of Hands Free Poker.

You use Hands Free Poker at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damages or loss due to this program. Use of this program implies acceptance of these terms
This software is for entertainment purposes only. Do not wager any real money based on the use of this software. Hands Free Poker will not be responsible for any financial losses.

You are not allowed to disassemble or reverse-engineer the software. You may not rent, lease, or sell the software. You may not transfer your rights to the software to another individual or entity. You are purchasing a license to use the software only, not the software itself. The author retains the title and ownership of the software and the written materials regardless of the form or media in or on which the original and other copies may exist. Hands Free Poker is provided at no charge to the user for evaluation purposes.

The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. Any liability of the seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of purchase price. In no event will Hands Free Poker be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other damages arising out of the use of this software by any person. Hands Free Poker makes no representations concerning the quality of the software and does not promise that the software will be error free or will operate without interruption.
When a user is sent a license id and password and that license is activated, there will be no refunds. All sales are final. We have no way of reversing the licensing process and thus that is how it is.

REGISTERED VERSION

One registered copy of Hands Free Poker may be used by a single person who uses the software personally on only one computer. Special arrangements may be worked out between Hands Free Poker and the customer to accommodate multiple computers; however Hands Free Poker reserves the right to null any special arrangements at anytime for any reason.
